Partnership Annual Report 2003-2004
The Special Project and Applied Research Center (SPARC) provides support for a variety of College of Education sponsored projects. During the 2003/2004 year, SPARC staff worked primarily with school based and/or charter school partnerships, global education initiatives, and student scholarships.
