College Student Health Survey

The College Student Health Survey was designed by Boynton Health Service to give postsecondary institutions a comprehensive look at the health of their students. The survey measures eight key areas: Health Insurance and Health Care Utilization, Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Use, Tobacco Use, Personal Safety, Financial Health, Nutrition and Physical Activity, and Sexual Health. St. Cloud State University has been participating in the survey since 2005.

In 2011, Over 12,000 undergraduate and graduate students enrolled in 17 postsecondary institutions in Minnesota completed the College Student Health Survey. 3,511 students from St. Cloud State University were randomly selected to participate in this survey; 1,252 (35.7%) successfully completed the survey.
