Occupational Title: Personal Care Attendant/Caregiver
Location: Varies, in-home locations in the St. Cloud, and surrounding area.
Work Type: 15-25 hours per week, shifts vary, flexible. Must be available to work weekends.
Salary Offered: $9.00 per hour
Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
Job Description: In-home care of children or adults with disabilities, developmental challenges, behaviors or otherwise health-related conditions. Duties include assistance with daily living activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, toileting, skincare, range of motion exercises, developmentally appropriate activities and general cleaning related to the client’s care. Must be compassionate, patient, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the job, and otherwise suited to care for the physical and emotional needs of others. PCA will work closely with Registered Nurse to accomplish the tasks called for by the client’s care plan and monitor the client’s status. Training will be provided. Must be at least 18 years of age.
