ING DIRECT is currently accepting resumes online for 8 full time Sales Associate Positions.

Class Start Date:       Monday, November 30^th

Resume Deadline:        Friday, November 20^th

Training:       The first 3 weeks will be paid training from 8am-5pm. Normal shift will start after training. We can be flexible with school schedules and our training schedule. However, applicants must be able to attend at least 90% of the training between the hours of 8-5pm for the first 3 weeks.

Shift:  In terms of scheduling our sales center is open seven days a week from 7:00am- 10:00pm.  You will be required to work various shifts that will include nights and weekends.  We operate on shift bids so you will have a set schedule for 3 months and then it would change. Typical shifts are 10:00AM - 7:00PM or 11:00AM - 8:00PM  or 1:00PM to 10:00PM Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs for the 1st six months.

Rate of Pay:            $23,000 Annual

Position Description:   The Sales Associate is responsible for responding and providing information to existing or potential clients on ING DIRECT products and services. Associate must exercise excellent sales skills and be proactive in problem solving. Applicant must be computer literate and have excellent communication skills.

Previous banking experience not required.  We are looking for hardworking and creative individuals who are looking for a challenge.
