Graduating PSEO Students

To thank you for your continued participation in the SCSU PSEO program, students who are graduating from high school who have been involved with the PSEO program receive a number of ‘perks’.

Admission as a Freshman
Students must apply for traditional admission to the University, by submitting an application for admission and official high school transcripts. Students may receive an application fee waiver by contacting the PSEO Office at (320) 308-3981 or stopping by the Admissions Office in the Administrative Services Building, room 115.

Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships are available to PSEO students who are regularly admitted in the University. Students should rank in the top 25% of their graduating class and have demonstrated school and community involvement.

To be considered, students must submit a scholarship application by the posted deadline of February 15th.

Early Advising & Registration

PSEO students who have earned at least 15 SCSU credits by the end of fall semester are eligible to attend an early Advising & Registration Session offered specifically for PSEO students who are entering SCSU as freshman in Fall 2009. This session is conducted by our trained Advising Center staff and will provide information on the registration process for the coming fall semester, as well as discuss your general education and intended major requirements. Students who are eligible for this session must be admitted as degree seeking students prior to February and will be notified by the PSEO Team in the spring to register.
