Stateview Apartments

Stateview offers an independent on-campus living environment. Students who live in Stateview must have earned over 30 credits; therefore, every resident is of sophomore, junior or senior status. Stateview offers a neighborhood atmosphere. We encourage you to get to know the people that live in your community so that we can create a safe and comfortable apartment-style living environment. *Please note that in the Stateview Apartments students need to provide their own furniture. Outside of kitchen appliances, no furniture is provided for.

24 hour secured entrance
Outside of kitchen appliances, students provide all furniture for these apartments
