Stateview offers an independent on-campus living environment. Students who live in Stateview must have earned over 60 credits; therefore, every resident is of junior or senior status. Stateview offers a neighborhood atmosphere. We encourage you to get to know the people that live in your community so that we can create a safe and comfortable apartment-style living environment. *Please note that in the Stateview Apartments students need to provide their own furniture. Outside of kitchen appliances, no furniture is provided for.
