Benton Hall features suite style housing where four residents share a common living area and two bedrooms. The bathroom is shared by 6-8 people depending upon the unit and is located between two suites. The Benton Hall community is divided into entryways instead of floors. The suites on the second and third floors feature a balcony. Carol Hall is located adjacent to Benton. There you will find the front desk, mailboxes, a kitchen, TV room, game area, laundry facilities, ice machine, and extra study space.

- A limited number of select bedrooms on the 1st floor offer a single room option
- Laundry room located in Carol Hall
