Coborn Plaza Apartments
In August of 2010, a high-amenity, high value, 455-student housing complex opened for St. Cloud State University Students.
The initial phase of this development includes a 12,000-square-foot St. Cloud State University Welcome Center on the first
floor and 19,000 square feet of retail space for the kinds of businesses targeted at college students and young adults.
