* Please note after you enter E-services please fill out a 2009-2010 housing application for Spring semester housing.
Move in Day for spring semester will occur on Sunday, January 10, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.
All new students can move in anytime after this time. Please report to the hall in which you have been assigned. Students who have already applied for housing can expect to receive their housing assigment during the week of December 7th. We will contact you with this information at your permanent addres or you can check on line by following the directions below for E-Services.
Students who apply after December 9th, can expect to receive their room assignment with 48-72 hours after they submit their application.You may also view your roommate information on-line at anytime by following the directions below.
**Any student wishing to make any changes to their meal plan for spring semester must do so in writing by January 15, 2010 before 4:30 p.m. Please stop by our office located in Carol Hall in which to do so.
Directions to Access On-Line Roommate Information
1. Go to www.stcloudstate.edu
2. Click on "Current Student" on the left hand side
3. Click on "E-services" on the left hand side
4. Put your SCSU ID number into the top box
5. Put in your password (if you've never logged in before,
your default password is your birthday, yymmdd)
6. Click the link "Housing and Dining" inthe left tool bar
7. Click the "Go to Housing and Dining Services Site" link
8. Click the red "view" button and you will see your roommate information on the screen.
Directions for students needing to look up their SCSU student ID information
1. Go to www.stcloudstate.edu
2. Click on "Current Students" on the left hand side
3. Click on "E-services on the left hand side
4. Click on "Look Up ID" on the left hand side
Input your Social Security Number (format: 123456789)
Input your password (which is your birthday, yymmdd)
Leave the last box empty
5. You will then have your SCSU ID number
Logging into E-services
1. Go to www.stcloudstate.edu
2. Click on "Current Student" on the left hand side
3. Click on "E-services" on the left hand side
4. Put your SCSU ID number into the top box
5. Put in your password (if you've never logged in before,
your default password is your birthday, yymmdd)
6. You will then be asked to reset your password to a new 6 digit number
