Address Changes

To view or edit (change) your Local, Permanent, or Diploma address:

1. Point your web browser to: www.stcloudstate.edu/registrar
2. Click on e-Services Sign-In.
3. Enter your SCSU ID and Pin number.
4. Click on Account Management and then click on Address Info.
5. To edit (change) your Local, Permanent or Diploma address, type in your address information and click on the “Submit” button.

Note: Address changes may only be changed once per day.

Name Changes

Requests for name changes may require additional legal documentation. Please download the Change of Name Form (1 page pdf) for name change policy information. The change of name form, along with additional documentation, can be mailed to:
