Graduation
Undergraduate Students: Students are encouraged to apply for graduation 2 semesters prior to the term you expect to be completed with all degree requirements. Please download the Graduation application forms: Graduation Application (2 page pdf) You may also request Graduation application forms by contacting the Office of Records and Registration, AS-118, St. Cloud State University, 720 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301-4498.
There is a $25 non-refundable processing fee payable when submitting your graduation application. An evaluation pertaining to completion of your academic requirements will be sent to your HuskyNet email account approximately 8-10 weeks after you apply. Any discrepancies must be resolved before you can officially graduate from SCSU. Your advisor can assist you with resolving discrepancies.

Duplicate Diploma
Duplicate diplomas may be requested by downloading the Duplicate Diploma Request form (PDF: 8K / 1 page) and sending the request to the Office of Records and Registration, 720 4th Avenue South, St. Cloud, MN 56301-4498. There is a $10 charge for a duplicate diploma.
