Welcome to the SCSU I-O Psychology Graduate Program website!
The Masters of Science Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at St. Cloud State University is a two-year program that provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary for solving organizational problems.
Students in our program are trained in the core areas of I-O psychology and are given the opportunity to obtain both research and applied experience. Graduates of our program are highly qualified for jobs in business, consulting, or government settings or for positions in doctoral-degree programs.
