Michael Spitzer, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs
The provost and vice president for academic affairs is the chief academic officer of the university and is responsible for advancing the academic and scholarly life of the campus. Working collaboratively with the deans, faculty and staff, the provost develops and administers academic policies, helps establish academic priorities, oversees the curriculum, encourages faculty and student research, supervises academic support and enrollment services, and assures compliance with system, state, regional and federal academic and educational policies.

Mitchell Rubinstein, Associate Vice President for Curriculum
Dr. Rubinstein is responsible for the curriculum process, academic program review and accreditation, academic policy, assessment of student learning, academic calendars, and the Undergraduate Bulletin. He also serves as the university's liaison with the Office of the Chancellor on matters related to academic programs and liaison with The Higher Learning Commission (formerly North Central Association).

Rex Veeder, Assistant Vice President for Faculty Relations
Dr. Veeder is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the scheduling and processing of evaluation, promotion, and tenure materials, overseeing the Center of Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) and the Center for Holocaust and Genocide Education (CHGE), coordinating and seeking resolution of conflicts among and between faculty, faculty and staff, and faculty and students. He also responds to grievances brought by the faculty, and coordinates diversity and social justice programs at the university and in the community on behalf of Academic Affairs.

Christine Imbra, Special Projects
Dr. Imbra is responsible for assisting the Provost with special projects and initiatives including the faculty handbook, compiling information and preparing reports, addressing complex student issues and student appeals, supporting Resource 25, and maintaining the Academic Affairs website. She is a member of the faculty, reassigned part-time to Academic Affairs.
Cathy Meyer, Senior Accounting Officer
Ms. Meyer serves as chief accounting officer for the Academic Affairs unit regarding personnel budgets, work load analysis, budget modeling, and the academic affairs budget.
Patty Dyslin, Administrative Assistant to the Provost
Ms. Dyslin provides administrative support to the Provost.
Diane Glade, Senior Office and Administrative Specialist
Ms. Glade provides administrative support to the Associate Vice President for Curriculum, Assistant Vice President for Faculty Relations, and Special Assistant to the Provost. Duties include administrative assistance for campus curriculum process, policies, articulation agreements, general education program, external reviews, accreditation, requests from students asking for exceptions to policies, and classroom scheduling. In addition, Ms. Glade serves as the editor of the Undergraduate Bulletin.
Mary Williams, Senior Office and Administrative Specialist
Ms. Williams is responsible for classroom scheduling and maintenance of Resource 25, and assists students and parents with special requests, student appeals, the handling of probation and suspension forms, and sign-up for commencement.
