The Center for Continuing Studies organizes courses at sites throughout the state via off-campus instruction, interactive television, and online courses for those seeking to earn credit toward a degree.

The Center for Commencement organizes and facilitates the graduation commencement ceremony for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students at Saint Cloud State University.

The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL) fosters, supports and celebrates communities of scholars engaged in collaborative inquiry to achieve shared intellectual and personal growth.

The Center for Holocaust & Genocide Education facilitates learning about the Holocaust and other genocides through material resources and consultation.

The Center for International Studies (CIS) aims to create a community of international scholars. It provides opportunities for international students to study at St Cloud State University, creates international opportunities for U.S. students and faculty for study, research, and teaching abroad, and promotes international institutional partnerships designed to enhance the global dimensions of both universities.

The Financial Aid Office  provides information and resources to aid SCSU students in financially meeting their educational goals.

The Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) supports those who are learning, researching, or teaching about the experiences of people of color in the United States.

The Office of Records and Registration manages information about undergraduate admissions processing, student records, enrollment and degree verifications, diplomas, course schedule information, course registration, transfer credit evaluation, veterans educational benefits, athletic eligibility, teacher licensure application processing, and interactive degree audit.
