WHEN: Saturday, January 14, 2012
TIME: Registration and Check-in at 7:45 a.m.
Bus Loading at 8:00 a.m.
Bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. sharp.
LOCATION: Southside Boys & Girls Club, 1205 6th Ave South, St. Cloud
OR: Meet at the Science Museum ticket office at 10:30 a.m.
(Please arrange pick up at Science Museum at 3:00 p.m. sharp.)
Leave St. Paul at 3:15 p.m. for St. Cloud.
Arrive back at Southside Boys & Girls Club, St. Cloud by 5:00 p.m.
Please arrange pick up at 5:00 p.m.
All students must register on the PDF attached or get a registration form from the office, if they plan to attend this event.
COST: The Pre-College Programs will provide transportation and a limited number of tickets at $3 per person for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota and their families. Please inform the office of any special needs. Again, there is a limited number of tickets available.
(For families unable to afford the fee, notify us to request assistance.)
TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE BASIS TO THOSE RETURNING THE FORM BY January 6, 2012.

ACTIVITIES: At 11:00 we are scheduled to see film “Amazon” in the Omnitheater. Then at 1 p.m. we will
witness demonstrations by African American scientists. This is the 20th annual demonstration by leading
African American scientists in the area. You will be given a more detailed schedule for the day later.
