The ACCUPLACER Assessment Test is a placement system for entering first year students. It determines which courses are appropriate for new students and whether college preparatory classes are needed. Students are tested on reading, English skills, and math. Tests are presented in a computer-adaptive mode, which benefits both students and administrators with quick and accurate testing. Scores are available immediately.
If you have taken or are currently taking a math course you must follow the sequential order recommended by the math department. You are no longer eligible to test to enroll in a higher level math course.
The Biology and Chemistry (Chem 141) placement tests have been added to your choices.
To schedule a placement exam please click on the Accuplacer Schedule. You are only allowed to schedule two tests during a single test date or session. Please note the first line on the calendar will be the building and room number of the scheduled test.
