Parking Enforcement

*When a vehicle has been issued the third and all subsequent violations (paid or unpaid) during an academic year, and an autoclamp citation is issued with each and all other violations. Any vehicle being issued its fourth (4th) citation or more, and has been physically autoclamped at least one time before it CAN BE TOWED at the owner/operators expense.

Note: Failure to properly display the permit (i.e., permits laying on the dashboard, floor, visor, front seat) will result in ticketing and will not be considered a valid excuse for dismissal.

Pay Lot Enforcement

All pay lots are enforced:

7 am to 7 pm- Monday through Thursday

7 am to 3 PM Fridays

NO PARKING 3 am to 7 am, Monday through Friday

Disabled Vehicles (Car Problems)

Persons who are addressing problems (i.e. dead batteries) with vehicles must obtain a valid, temporary permit from Public Safety. Contact Public Safety (ext. 3333) for assistance or questions. Public Safety has a vehicle jump starting program. A temporary permit from public safety must be issued and displayed for disabled vehicles. Public Safety will not take requests to "not ticket" a vehicle.

Parking During Semester Breaks

Parking is enforced 52 weeks of the year which includes employee lots, student lots, pay lots, 15 minute, disability, etc.. Vehicles can only park overnight in the on campus student lots - A1, A2 and E.

Parking During Final Exams

ALL Parking lots ARE enforced during final exams

Non- Payment of Fines

Non- payment of parking fines will deny students the ability to register for classes and obtain records, grades or transcripts.

All parking- related questions may be directed to the Public Safety Department at any time.
