Institutional Research Report Guide
FYE by Course Level, Instruction Type, and Delivery Method
The FYE by Course Level, Instruction Type, and Delivery report displays three separate reports in one window. Each report shows FYE generated by those three different categories. The filters for this report are:
- Report type (course level, instruction type, delivery method)
- Fiscal year
- Term type (summer/fall/spring)
- Senior to Sophomore
The first step in using this report is to select the appropriate report type(s). One or all three can be selected. Then, use the filters to drill into the data. The last filter, Senior to Sophomore, allows the user to select whther S2S courses should be included.
It's important to note that the FYE generated is directly linked to the course subject's department and not necessarily the cost center.
FYE is the sum of undergraduate credits divided by 30 plus the sum of graduate credits divided by 20. For more information on FYE, click here.
