Expenses and available funding - Travel for site visit
The St Cloud State University Business office preference is to include travel costs in the overall fees paid to the accrediting body. If this is not possible due to accrediting body policy, the business office will reimburse either the accrediting body or the individual for travel, based upon said policy.
Consideration should be given to these costs ahead of time and included in the overall cost of the accreditation site visit.
The St Cloud State University Business office will reimburse reviewer expenses. However, it is preferable to include the projected cost of expenses in the reviewer ‘s honorarium rather than reimbursing the funds separately.
