- Mark Nook presented the progress of the strategic plan for the College of Science and Engineering. Group discussion was held. The first step of the plan was to survey several other colleges and universities in an effort to compare where St. Cloud State University rates. The survey and results will be printed in the final plan which will be distributed to members of the Strategic Planning Committee upon completion.
