The minutes were distributed for review. The minutes were accepted as distributed, but will be amended to add Denise McQuire's name to the members present. - Proposed Dates and Times for Strategic Planning Committee Meetings L. Robinson distributed working agenda for review. The committee discussed holding the half-day retreat later than June 28, 1996.

The committee agreed to add current professional linkages and students under Establish sources of data The committee agreed to change business leaders to business consumers under Establish sources of date. - L. Robinson asked the committee to read mission statement prior to the next scheduled meeting. At the next committee meeting we will revisit vocabulary changes. Also, the complete group will meet first and the subgroups after.
- The next scheduled meeting is May 20, 1996 at 7:30 AM, South Voyageurs Room.
