Policies: Travel Policies
The Office of Sponsored Programs maintains a fleet of vehicles for use by St. Cloud State University employees for research related activities. These vehicles are to be operated in conformance with Minnesota Statute 16B.55. In addition, all drivers of research vehicles must abide by the Office of Sponsored Programs Policies and Procedures for Vehicle Usage. Drivers use the Travel Log to record mileage for accurate charging of expenses to the correct research account with expense receipts and completed travel log form submitted to the Office of Sponsored Programs at the end of each month.
