Step 3: Create performance measures for each objective
The SPC completed the strategy map at the end of November and spent December identifying performance measures that will be used initially to measure progress toward our strategic priorities. Performance measures were identified for each objective. This will allow the University to measure progress toward achieving not only the final outcomes but our processes as well.
