The December 3rd and December 6th meetings were called to order by L. Robinson. At the December 6th meeting L. Robinson distributed Update Seven, K. Schmid distributed Competitor Analysis and Dick Andzenge distributed a report on what he felt were problems with the vision statement.
- Minutes
The minutes dated November 19th were accepted as distributed at the December 3rd meeting.
- Dates and Times for Strategic Planning Committee Meetings
Additional meetings were scheduled for January, 1997 if the need arises.
- Reading List Report
Not discussed.
- SPC Draft Recommendations
The Committee discussed the draft vision, goals and objectives. Robinson agreed to send the draft strategic goals and strategics objectives out via E-mail and follow up with a paper copy the week of 12/9/96.
- Working Outline of Strategic Plan Document
The SPC made the following change to the outline: Add a section which addresses the MnSCU strategic planning process after Review of Charges to the Commmittee. The committee agreed that a draft needs to be completed by December 13, 1996.
- Other Loose Ends
- The next regularly scheduled meeting is Friday, December 13, 1996 at 7:45 AM, North Voyageur Room.
