The School of Education provides in-service educators with specific expertise in developing and implementing programs within their schools to enhance the infusion of multicultural, gender fair, disability aware education within the curriculum of the district.
The Office of Cultural Diversity offers a comprehensive diversity training utilizing the skills and expertise of Les Green and Betsy Mahowald. The training was designed to develop a program that provides in-service for educators with practical methods and the confidence in the area of diversity. The training enhances the knowledge and skills of all district staff in teaching and making students from many different backgrounds feel welcome. Insert brochure.
