Corporate Education and Outreach (CEO) in St. Cloud State University’s Center for Continuing Studies is offering Project Management Essentials, a course based designed to provide attendees the knowledge, skills and techniques to manage projects in a successful way.
The course will include an introduction to project management, the processes involved in project management and how to manage project time, risk and communications. It will include development of a work breakdown structure, activity sequencing, case study analysis and other short learning exercises.
Hiral Shah will be the presenter. She has more than six years of experience in Project Management, is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has been actively involved with the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a subject matter expert.
Project Management Essentials – Level 1 is Feb. 16-17 from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the St. Cloud State University Welcome Center. The cost of the class is $499 if registered by Feb. 3 or $525 for registering after Feb. 3.
