Take part in the connection between the St. Cloud community and campus with “Celebrating Connection: Showcasing Student and Community Collaboration.”
Guests are invited to mingle and learn about featured displays from several collaborations between St. Cloud State University campus members and community partners. Projects showcasing the work of diverse community initiatives, student organizations and various disciplines including arts and humanities, business, education, social sciences, natural science and engineering.
The large number of collaborations between campus and community reflects the importance of campus-community connections for the region. Community collaborations at St. Cloud State take a variety of forms, like curricular and co-curricular volunteering, field experience, internships and service learning.
“Celebrating Connection” is 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 18 at the Atwood Ballroom and North Glacier Room of the Atwood Memorial Center. The event is free and open to the public.
