Students celebrating all cultures

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – St. Cloud State University’s International Student Association (ISA) is hosting "Cultural Express," a festival celebrating all cultures, from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, April 18, in the Atwood Memorial Center ballroom on campus.
The event will include dance, song, slideshows, a fashion show and other presentations representing nearly every continent on the globe. There also will be traditional food from several cultures, including plantains from Africa, a curry dish from India, a vegetable curry from Nepal, potato salad from Mongolia and peach dumplings from the United States.
Tickets can be purchased every day this week from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Atwood Memorial Center and can be purchased at the door. Tickets are $4 for SCSU students and $8 for faculty and members of the community,
ISA, a student organization, works to share various cultures with the St. Cloud community, while facilitating interaction between international and American-born students.
