Dr. Laurinda Porter, communication studies professor at St. Cloud State University, is one of the nation's few experts in nonverbal communication in the courtroom. Criminal behavior, profiling, FBI

Dr. John H. Campbell, criminal justice, joined St. Cloud State University after 27 years with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, where he was most recently academic dean at the FBI Academy. He is well-acquainted with FBI investigative procedures and training of its force. He is working with the FBI on the area of child abductions and disappearances, was head of the FBI's behavioral science unit when it pioneered the techniques of criminal profiling, and developed Minnesota's first public safety leadership program. Cultural diversity

Dr. Ramon Serrano, professor of teacher development at St. Cloud State University, founded the institute of Critical Pedagogy and Children's Rights. He has given presentations and published works on topics such as gang prevention, multicultural education, and literacy.
