The leadership: you make a difference course is designed to give participants a shot of positive mental attitude and emphasizes that creating a productive working environment is essential to good leadership.
Topics of the training include:
- How to keep yourself in a resourceful state to generate a pleasant and productive working environment.
- How to deal with challenges in a calm and confident manner.
- How to foster teamwork.
- How to clearly define work expectations.
Denny Smith is the presenter for this course. Smith has 33 years of experience conducting personal and professional development sessions for business groups, sales organizations, health care professionals, educators and students. His sometimes emotional, sometimes humorous, but always sincere approach to his audience and subject matter has been enjoyed by many. He is a teacher, a motivator, and a skill builder.
