Athletic admission vote
Thursday, November 19, 2009
To maintain free admission to athletic events, St. Cloud State students are encouraged to vote during the Fall 2009 elections Nov. 30-Dec. 2.
This time your vote will count. The St. Cloud State Student Government Association passed a referendum to seek the student body’s opinion regarding increasing athletic fees.
In order to maintain free admission to athletic events, the referendum proposes to increase student athletic fees by 26 cents. The proposed increase is to offset the rise of ticket prices since the current student athletic fee was set in 1995.
St. Cloud State students are encouraged to vote during the Fall 2009 elections Nov. 30-Dec. 2.
