Brothers Sing On

Wednesday, April 23, 2014

“Brothers Sing On – A Community Sing for Men” will feature choral music by men of all ages 4:30 p.m. April 26 in Ritsche Auditorium.

Tickets, which are available at the door, are $5 adults, $3 students and free with a St. Cloud State ID.

Al Hawkins, conductor of the St. Cloud State Men’s Choir, has assembled a team of choir conductors for the one-day workshop:

  • Matthew Ferrell, conductor of the St. Cloud State Concert Choir and Chamber Singers
  • Sean Vogt, conductor of the Apollo High School Male Chorus
  • Steven Albaugh, conductor of the Irish Bards at Rosemount High School, Rosemount

Among the songs to be performed are "Shosholoza," a traditional South African tune, and Victor Johnson's "Where Dwells the Soul of My Love."
