Higher education teachers are invited to register for the fifth-annual Anti-Racist Pedagogy Across the Curriculum (ARPAC) workshop.
ARPAC will help participants examine how race and privilege frame our professional lives and to discover how racism manifests in our classrooms. Participants will learn how to incorporate anti-racism instructional methods into courses across disciplines, across campuses.
The workshop is open to teaching faculty from Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), as well as other higher education institutions.
Early registration for St. Cloud State faculty is $65, $250 for non-St. Cloud State teaching faculty. Rates increase to $100 and $300, respectively, after April 15. Rates vary for faculty and teaching graduate students.
Featured will be nationally recognized presenters:
ARPAC is organized by these St. Cloud State entities: Multicultural Resource Center (MRC) and Community Anti-Racism Education Initiative. The MnSCU Diversity and Equity Mini-Grant provides funding support.
