Health Services text reminders

Students can elect to receive Student Health Services appointment reminders via text message.

Reminder messages, which debuted in July, are a free, opt-in service. Sign up at myhealthservices.stcloudstate.edu or call 320-308-3193. Students must provide a cell phone number and cell phone carrier.

A reminder is sent two hours before the appointment time. Included in the reminder is a prompt to arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment time.

As always, students who cannot keep an appointment, or need to reschedule, should call the appointment desk at 320-308-3193.

Also effective in July, Student Health Services is charging a $15 missed appointment fee to patients who miss more than two appointments. Health insurance companies do not cover missed appointment fees.
