HR director finalists

Finalists for the Director of Human Resources position will be interviewed on campus and will participate in open sessions with students, faculty, staff and community members in Atwood Memorial Center.

Each finalist will give a 15-20 minute presentation. A question-and-answer period will follow.

The three finalists are:

Keith Balaski, interim director of human resources, St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud, Minn. He will be on campus Nov. 28-29.

Holly Schoenherr, director of business initiatives/executive director of the office of president, Rice University, Houston, Texas. She will be on campus Dec. 30-Dec. 1.

Jennifer Thorsten, director of human resources, Stearns County, St. Cloud, Minn. She will be on campus Dec. 1-2.

The director of human resources provides strategic leadership in the areas of hiring, promotion and employee development to assure employees advance St. Cloud State's core mission. The person reports to the vice president of administrative affairs.
