Career development speakers

“Competency Modeling and Leadership Development,” a presentation on core competencies in hiring, promotion and employee development is 3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in room 122 of the Miller Center.

The event is free and open to all. 

Guest speakers are Kevin Mlodzik, King Yii Tang and Paul Stiles from Korn/Ferry powered by Lominger. The trio are alumni of the Industrial and Organizational Psychology master’s program.  

The presentation is sponsored by the industrial and organizational psychology program and the Management Department.
