Music department to develop toddler music lovers

ST. CLOUD, Minn. – The SCSU Department of Music Preparatory Program is accepting registrations for spring semester Kindermusik classes for children up to five years old.  Classes begin Feb. 21, but a discount is available for registrations before Dec. 31.

Sign and Sing, an American Sign Language class for children 6 months to 3 years old, will also be offered this spring. 

Kindermusik is designed to nurture musical development of the child with parents as active participants in all classes.    Three levels are available: Village classes for children 0-18 months, Ourtime classes for children 18 months to 3 years, and Imagine That classes for children 3-5.

Classes sponsored by the Music Department's Preparatory Program are offered on Tuesday and Thursday mornings and Thursday evenings on campus and at a St. Cloud church.
