A lecturer from England will offer a rational defense of Christianity 7 p.m. Feb. 15 in Ritsche Auditorium. Michael Ramsden is an expert in Christian apologetics, the field of theology that presents a rational basis for Christianity using strategies such as scientific and historical evidence and philosophical arguments. Ramsden's free address -- "Is Christianity Tolerant?" -- is sponsored by Cru, formerly Campus Crusade for Christ. His remarks will be followed by an audience question-and-answer session. Ramsden holds a part-time lecturing affiliation with Oxford University, one the world's oldest English-speaking universities. View his Oxford webpage.
