Sounds of the Stadium

The Husky Sports Band performs at athletic games and community events on and off campus.

The Husky Sports Band, and special guest the Minne-Brass, will take center stage to perform music of the fall football season in their “Sounds of the Stadium” concert 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, in Ritsche Auditorium, Stewart Hall.

Minne-Brass, a 20-member ensemble, is composed of members from the 2008 and 2009 world championship second-place finalist Minnesota Brass Drum and Bugle Corps. Minne-Brass will perform their show “Animated Adventures in Brass,” a musical insight into animated and comic book heroes.

All are invited to attend the event for a night of music and fun for the whole family. Be sure to join the musicians in the lobby for a reception after the concert. For those unable to attend, the concert will be aired live online.

Admission to the event will be $5 for adults, $3 for seniors and non-St. Cloud State students, and one free with St. Cloud State ID. Tickets will be on sale at the door. A portion of the proceeds will go toward scholarships for St. Cloud State music students.
