Chancellor James H. McCormick praises past performances and warns of challenging times ahead for Minnesota's seven state universities and 25 community and technical colleges.

St. Cloud State is the largest institution in the system. MnSCU has 54 campuses in 47 Minnesota communities and educates 64 percent of the state's undergraduates.
