News Release Warm November temperatures set recordsFriday, December 5, 2008 ST. CLOUD, Minn. – Average temperatures during the month of November were higher than normal, according to St. Cloud State University Meteorologist Bob Weisman. Last month’s high temperatures continued St. Cloud’s recent streak of having warmer-than-usual Novembers. The high average temperature for November is due in large part to the warm first week of the month, which featured five highs above 60 degrees and set or tied four record temperatures. After that first week, temperatures dropped and the remainder of the month had an average temperature that was below normal.
Overall, St. Cloud was warmer than usual during its fall season. Weisman reported it as being the 11th warmest fall season in St. Cloud records.
