Music Education Program
- Bachelor of Music degree, preparing students for careers in music performance and future graduate study. This degree program is ideal for students interested in performance careers.
- Bachelor of Arts degree for students interested in Music Theory/Composition, Jazz, or as preparation for further studies in music. International music study (pdf 62mb) is also available to eligible music students.
- Music Minor to complement another field of study. 22-23 semester credits with flexibility in class choices including 5 credits in music electives and 2 semesters of an elective performing organization. Preparatory Program
The St. Cloud State University Music Department offers a Preparatory Program whose mission is to encourage people of all ages to enjoy the excitement and fulfillment of music by providing high quality, reasonably priced music programs to the St. Cloud community through the efforts of students, teachers/scholars, and other professionals.
