Adjunct Instructor: Women's Choir and Director of Music Preparatory Program

Mary Jo Bot is Conductor of the Women's Choir at Saint Cloud State University and Director of the Music Department's Preparatory Program, which offers musical opportunities to students in the Saint Cloud area through private music instruction and the Cantabile girls' choir program, and which serves as a valuable laboratory setting for university music majors.
Ms. Bot has previously served on the combined music faculty at Saint John's University/College of St. Benedict where she conducted the All College Choir, taught Choral Techniques and worked with the Saint John's Boys' Choir. She has significant experience in church music ministry, most notably as Director of Music at Christ Church Newman Center in Saint Cloud. Currently, she is actively involved in the Her Story, Her Song concert series at SCSU.
As an active member of the American Choral Director's Association, Ms. Bot has served as the Standards and Repertoire Chair for Women's Choirs for ACDA of MN,as the Northwest District Chair, andas faculty advisor for the SCSU Student Chapter.
