The week is full of sessions for in-service music educators as well as music majors who will soon enter the field. Band, Choir and Orchestra Methods and Materials along with sessions critical to Re-licensure in Minnesota are the focus of the first three days this week. Thursday and Friday will continue to focus on methods and materials for band, choir and orchestra with the addition of sessions on jazz pedagogy and a variety technologies for music educators including Garage Band, Smart Board, SmartMusic and Finale.
If you did not get a chance to join us this year, we have already started making plans for next year and will start announcing the teacher and session lineup sometime in late January.
