After finishing my undergraduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering I worked for a while as I was searching for a graduate study program that would help me fulfill my career goals. I wasn’t much interested towards doing MBA because I did not want to move away from the technical background. The Engineering Management curriculum offered at St. Cloud State University (SCSU) was what I was looking for. It is a perfect blend of courses that enable you to become a good manager while simultaneously polishing your technical skills. A lot of elective course offered from within the department and from other departments in the university provide you with ample opportunities to gain knowledge in your field of interest. Besides the regular class projects the curriculum of the program is designed to allow students to participate in real world projects at the local industries in Minnesota which is one of the biggest aspect of this program at SCSU. Meanwhile the professors from the department are very helpful and are always willing to guide you through planning your career and in setting out the priorities. I would highly recommend this program to anybody out there who is interested in pursuing a quality education in Engineering Management at an affordable price.
