MEM Program Extension
With immediate effect any one applying for program extension (for I-20 purposes) MUST e-mail Dr. Baliga prior to submitting the forms the following information:
(a) the number of EM 696 credits completed to date (including the credits they have completed).
(b) the number of semesters they are requesting an extension for.
(c) Please also let Dr. Baliga know in your e-mail the reason for your program extension beyond the normal period.
(d) If you have received a program extension prior to this application.
If forms are handed in without sending an e-mail without the above information, the forms will be put back in the student collection box without Dr. Baliga's signature.
