Mary’s Testimony:
The MEM Program involved combination of both technical and managerial fields and thus provided a great learning experience for me as an Industrial and Production Engineer. All that I learned was contemporary to my work requirements and thus it was easy for me to apply my knowledge at work. The class work helped me to be a good manager and leader. Time management, team work, co-ordination, documentation and reporting are some of the skills I honed during the assignments and projects. My academic advisor Dr. Ben Baliga and other faculty members guided me how to go about the projects and assignment time and again during the program. To pursue MEM program was an exiting and excellent experience.
