To apply for admission into the St. Cloud State University MEM program, applicants should submit the following:

  1. Completed application form
  2. Official undergraduate transcript
  3. Additional Information Form
  4. Statement of Purpose
  5. Three letters of recommendation (format provided)
  6. Official scores on the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) if available
