Responsibilities:10-20 hours per week with the potential for hours to increase Salary: College Credit and Performance Based Bonus 1. Pre-screening resumes 2. Calling potential candidates from a resume database. 3. Scheduling first round interviews. 4. Maintaining client files. 5. Assisting in any and all recruiting activities as requested. 6. As hours increase, basic administrative or data entry tasks may be assigned as needed. Requirements: 1. Strong communication and phone skills. 2. Intern would gain valuable experience in multiple marketing channels, as well as all aspects of managing a client base. Cash Management Intern would gain valuable experience as a marketing or communications major learning project management skills, assisting and completing special marketing projects, as well as various administrative tasks. Ideal Candidate: * Currently enrolled college student. * Majoring in Marketing, Communications, or related field. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Well-organized and extremely detail oriented. * Fast learner and capable of completing time-sensitive tasks. * Prior knowledge of social media.
